  This Series will invite you into a practice of Whirling Dance

You will learn

  • Somatic exercise and Yoga

  • Beginner techniques in Whirling Dance, Sufi whirling  (sama) Persian Whirling Dance and Turkish whirling.

  • Movement Meditation

  • Improvisation, musicality and self expression

  • Rumi Poetry, Dance History

  • Somatic Experience

 

This level is open to women and Men, regardless of physical ability, fitness or prior dance experience.
