Beginner Fusion Belly dance

8 week course

  This Immersion will invite you into a Fusion of Dance practices of Middle Eastern Dance infused with Classical Indian, contemporary, hip hop, Jazz,  Temple .

You will learn

  •  Yoga and Somatic exercise

  • Beginner techniques in Fusion Belly dance - a synthesis of Middle Eastern Dance, contemporary Dance, Hip hop, Classical Indian, Spanish Dance, Temple Dances.

  • Improvisation, musicality and self-expression

  • Feminine and Masculine Embodiment

 

This level is open to all, regardless of physical ability, fitness or prior dance experience.
